A set-up fee covers the creation of the necessary art plate or screen for printing your logo, as well as the time spent by our specialists in creating digital art proofs. Please note that this is a one-time fee (per logo) charged on your first order only.

We prefer vector files such as AI or EPS, but we can also work with PDF, SVG, or JPEG files and other clear image formats.

Yes, we have a selection of stock logos for you to choose from. You will not be responsible for paying the set up fee for these logos, just the ink and printing charges.

We can print up to 4 colors on hard hats and glasses.

Generally, we can screen print up to 4 colors on vests and shirts, and 2 colors on jackets. With our Heat Press machine, we can print 5+ colors, as well as fade/gradient logos.

You can print up to four logos on most hats, including the front, back, left, and right sides.

The print area varies for each hat and depends on the number of colors in your logo.

We size each logo at maximum size on your proof unless otherwise requested.

The pricing is for shipment to one location. Multiple locations require separate orders and cannot be combined for free freight.

While we often can reuse art plates, please note that if you’re reordering but changing products, we require a new proof with your reprint logo on the new product. This ensures your logo fits appropriately and that the colors are compatible with the new product. If the printable area on the new product is smaller than the original art plate, a new setup is necessary and will incur an additional setup fee. 

Production times vary, and we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an order confirmation with an estimated turnaround time.

Depending on our current workload, a rush service may be available for an additional fee. Please contact your Territory Sales Manager or Pyramex Customer Service representative to see if rush service is available at the time you place your order.

You have 24 hours to make changes to your logo order after you receive your order confirmation. After 24 hours, your order will have been processed and we cannot make changes. 

Let us know your Pantone colors and we can heat transfer your logo using your brand colors. If you prefer screen print, we can custom color match your logo colors for $25 per color (each order).

We are limited to 4 colors when we pad print. If we can pad print your fade logo using 4 colors or less, we will be happy to print your fade logo. Sometimes, it requires more than 4 colors to closely match the look of your logo. If that is the case, we can pad print a solid color logo for you. Please allow extra lead time for pad print fade logos. We can print your fade/gradient logo on work wear using heat transfer.
