Job Summary:
This position will report to the E-Commerce Manager and work closely with the consulting team to manage daily account operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help drive execution across digital channels.
Essential Duties:
- Manage and support the e-commerce order process, including processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving discrepancies
- Monitor and coordinate EDI workflows to ensure accurate transmission of order and timely logistics planning
- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Development)
- Work alongside the E-commerce Manager and consulting team to support platform setup, product maintenance, and operational improvements
- Assist with new product onboarding, item setup, and digital content management
- Generate and maintain reports on sales trends, order activity, and key account performance
- Validate all chargebacks/claims and process disputes
- Stay current on e-commerce processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field highly preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, ecommerce account support, or ecommerce sales operations highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with order processing and EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce, NetSuite, CommerceHub, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) PowerPoint, and strong analytical/reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and account maintenance preferred
