Position Overview

This position will be responsible for entering and assisting customers with their custom logo orders. The Logo Order Specialist will follow up with the customers to ensure everything is correct before the products are custom printed and will advise them of lead times and any production issues.  

 Essential Duties:

• Responsible for entering and managing custom logo orders 
• Work with customers to make art changes & correct quantities, pricing, part numbers, etc.
• Work closely with Sales, Ops and Print Shop to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Work with Sales reps to manage logo backorders
• Assist Customer Service in various other areas if needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 years’ work experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail is a must
• Ability and desire to create a positive customer experience
• Independent thinker and decision maker
• Ability to learn our ERP system
