Primary Responsibilities

• Manages inventory of all pending sales that require printing
• Oversee the receiving/checking-in of custom order inventory that has been pulled by the warehouse
• Coordinate inventory of sales orders that are scheduled to be printed for the coming day/week (moving the product into the printing area to be qued for printing)
• Manage/complete shipments of printed inventory items and finished goods via UPS or FedEx
• Log receipt of goods for printing operation
• Replenish stock as needed
• Learn to properly utilize all technology used to facilitate inventory control
• Participate in all inventory control activities
• Transfer any materials as required, either manually or with the use of available equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy to required standards
• Maintains the Printing Operation space in the warehouse and its physical conditions through general cleanliness and organization, as well as layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization
• Support/follow all company and department safety guidelines
• Communicate cross departmentally on order issues and solutions

Requirements

• High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years warehouse inventory experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Proficient with ERP a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and excel at time management
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment, while keeping accurate data
• Effectively problem solve and follow through on assignments and projects proactively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete certification to operate forklift/reach truck
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time
• Ability to work overtime when needed
