Essential Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls & assist customers with:

  • Phone-in orders
  • Tracking information/ POD/ Backorder status/ Expediting orders
  • Copies of invoices, packing lists & order confirmations
  • Stock checks
  • Cross referencing
  • General product questions

Assist customers with order / shipping errors

  • Research errors & make corrections
  • Issue RMA, Cases & shipping labels if needed

Other duties include:

  • Process orders via EDI & Webforms
  • Assist in order entry as needed – both standard orders & custom logo orders


  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Basic computer skills including record keeping, Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to learn our ERP system (NetSuite) & phone system
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
  • HS Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree a plus
