Essential Duties

• Clean screens
• Using dip tank, chemicals, brushes, screen washer,  and pressure washer
• Coat screen
• Coat clean screens with emulsion and rack to dry
• Making screens to use to print
• Pull up art proof on computer
• Makes adjustments in alignment (create traps)
• Place screen in screen printer and press start
• Wash out screens
• Weekly Cleaning of the screen print machine

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED highly preferred
• Basic math, reading and writing required
• Basic computer skills needed to make transparencies
• Must be organized and have screens ready to meet the need of the screen printers
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred
• Ability to handle sudden changes in plans
• Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities
• Must be able to effectively communicate with the team
• Must be able to physically lift/move/push/pull items up to 50lbs.
• Stand and move throughout the shift
• The nature of this work is physical demanding and fast-paced
• Work overtime, if needed, based needs
