Essential Duties:

• Process Daily Orders to be fulfilled and billed
• Process Logo Orders, assisting warehouse and Print OPS Teams when required
• Process Backorders as stock arrives and is made available
• Submit electronic invoices for shipments through web portal
• Adjust stock levels in the system, processing inventory adjustments and bin transfers
• Communication with Foreign Team, including order fulfillment, billing, and stock levels
• Invoicing Daily Shipments for multiple warehouses, including offsite consignment
• Submit and monitor transfer of product to consignment warehouses
• Monitor reporting for open orders/pick tasks/fulfillments
• Troubleshoot issues reported with regard to shipments and/or item fulfillment

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) required
• Ability to learn our ERP system
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
