Essential Duties:
- Process Daily Orders to be fulfilled and billed
- Process Logo Orders, assisting warehouse and Print OPS Teams when required
- Process Backorders as stock arrives and is made available
- Submit electronic invoices for shipments through web portal
- Adjust stock levels in the system, processing inventory adjustments and bin transfers
- Communication with Foreign Team, including order fulfillment, billing, and stock levels
- Invoicing Daily Shipments for multiple warehouses, including offsite consignment
- Submit and monitor transfer of product to consignment warehouses
- Monitor reporting for open orders/pick tasks/fulfillments
- Troubleshoot issues reported with regard to shipments and/or item fulfillment

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) required
- Ability to learn our ERP system
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
